This level of service was provided over the period of 1-1/2 years even though there was no formal commitment from me at the onset, or even over a year into the construction process. I received a second text from my mortgage company on Dec. 5th. They have not received proof of hazard insurance document page. I left a message with Michele in early October, asked her to take care of it please. Well I called yesterday and Tara answered the phone and updated me on everything and said she would take care of it. Tara sent me confirmation of everything with an email.
