Vanita at FBC Insurance Services was the best. She was patient when our builder had delays in getting our new home started but was ready to help us select a home owner's insurance policy when it came time to close. She helped us quickly again with my daughter's townhome. She made sure all of our questions were answered and helped us close quickly. Great service.

I called this morning with a concern and spoke with Denevue Vaz. She was calm and attentive. She offered to research my concern and call me back. She followed through in short time and found the error. She let me know and together we were able to locate the document that was reported as not there. She then made sure that it was noted that the problem was rectified and called me yet again to inform me of such. Very professional. Great follow up. Denevue did a great job and has easily earned a 5-star rating in my estimation.
