My wife and I purchased a new build and are moving to Florida, and Vanita and FBC removed so much stress by finding extremely affordable insurance options for us. Jeff provided outstanding customer service. He was courteous in answering questions, prompt in his responses to emails and phone calls, and followed through on commitments and follow ups. This level of service was provided over the period of 1-1/2 years even though there was no formal commitment from me at the onset, or even over a year into the construction process. His service and commitment was/is excellent and very much appreciated.
Tara assisted me with getting my homeowner’s insurance policy over to the mortgage company after I was advised they didn't have proof of my coverage. Tara immediately sent over the information and stayed on the phone with me until she received confirmation that the declaration was received. Tara was very patient and professional and provided excellent customer service!

A few years ago Michele Brenner was enlisted to help me update and send policies on a mortgage refi. I kept her email and continued to ask questions as they arose or I needed new policies or updates. Michele never skips a beat... she is stellar at resolving anything I've brought her way quickly and with explanations that avoid back and forth communication.
