I recently had a problem where I missed signing a form for home insurance and I received a bill after I thought everything was paid for. I called FBC and spoke to Rachan Darity. Even though it was close to 5 pm, she looked at my account and figured out the problem and called me back. She sent me the form to be signed, I signed it, and she took care of getting the bill fixed. She gave such quick service! I am very impressed with her taking care of this matter for me so fast!
Vanita at FBC Insurance is incredible, and so extremely helpful! My wife and I purchased a new build and are moving to Florida, and Vanita and FBC removed so much stress by finding extremely affordable insurance options for us. I called this morning with a concern and spoke with Denevue Vaz. She was calm and attentive. She offered to research my concern and call me back. She followed through in short time and found the error. She let me know and together we were able to locate the document that was reported as not there. She then made sure that it was noted that the problem was rectified and called me yet again to inform me of such. Very professional. Great follow up. Denevue did a great job and has easily earned a 5-star rating in my estimation.
