I would like to thank DMYTRO, Dunn for his hard work in canceling my policy after I sold my home so it was the homeowner insurance policy and the Flood Insurance policy that had to be backdated because the people that I spoke with before him were not very thorough in there canceling skills so I want to thank him again for his great job of canceling my policies after the sale of my house. A few years ago Michele Brenner was enlisted to help me update and send policies on a mortgage refi. I kept her email and continued to ask questions as they arose or I needed new policies or updates. We have had very positive experiences with this team of professionals. In particular, Julie was very responsive to our inquiries and provided us with everything we needed with viable options and favorable quotes. Even after binding the policy, when most others basically just move onto the next, Julie continued to provide excellent customer service with our other questions and requests. Her prompt responses truly shocked us. In an oversaturated market, more often than not it takes multiple follow ups to achieve any type of resolution.
