I would like to thank DMYTRO, Dunn for his hard work in canceling my policy after I sold my home so it was the homeowner insurance policy and the Flood Insurance policy that had to be backdated because the people that I spoke with before him were not very thorough in there canceling skills so I want to thank him again for his great job of canceling my policies after the sale of my house. My experience with FBC and Gephry Pena was very good. Was happy with quotes and my options to make a choice for the best policy for my new home.
I had a problem with my insurance through my mortgage saying I didn’t have coverage for 6 days, even though I never had a lapse. Denevue and her company respond very quickly to my email and are actively trying to fix the problem.
