My home insurance was set to go up a significant amount this year. I contacted FBC to see what I could do. Dustin Groetsch was great. He was quick and responsive, and provided me a few options to adjust my quote; saving me a few hundred dollars. I would recommend FBC if you are looking around for home insurance!
Luke Nelson did a great job handling my auto and home policies. I found his rates and coverages far superior than what was quoted me from other carriers. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and the process and made it super easy. Customer service skills are top-notch. Dustin Groetsch was helpful with my auto policy renewal. He returned my call on a Friday afternoon near closing time and made me feel as if I was calling early on Monday. He answered all of my questions thoroughly taking his time and not acting as if I was bothering him. Dustin was great!!!
