I have worked with Rachan Darity over the last few weeks trying to sort out my car and home insurance with Progressive. I must say she was extremely attentive to my situation, which involved many calls to Progressive to clear up numerous issues. Rachan stayed late on the day before Thanksgiving trying to resolve my problems. She has called me every step of the way to keep me informed of her progress. I called this morning with a concern and spoke with Denevue Vaz. She was calm and attentive. She offered to research my concern and call me back. She followed through in short time and found the error. She let me know and together we were able to locate the document that was reported as not there. She then made sure that it was noted that the problem was rectified and called me yet again to inform me of such. Very professional. Great follow up. Denevue did a great job and has easily earned a 5-star rating in my estimation.
