Tara assisted me with getting my homeowner’s insurance policy over to the mortgage company after I was advised they didn't have proof of my coverage. Tara immediately sent over the information and stayed on the phone with me until she received confirmation that the declaration was received. Tara was very patient and professional and provided excellent customer service!

I was shopping around for home insurance. When i remembered that i was previously helped by fbc on insurance when i purchased my home 2 years ago. They made it very easy stress free. They compare numerous agency and found me the best price. I gave them a call and while talking about my current coverage i was assured my current coverage is still the best lowest price around. Trina's professionalism, attention to detail, and how she truly cares for looking out for best interest of the insured. Had someone offer a lower quote but when Trina pointed out that it didn't cover potential risk, it opened my eyes to understanding cheap quotes have a lot of risk, you would need a trusted professional to break down the value. Count on Trina and John!
