Julie came highly recommended from my sister. Julie was great to work with. She helped us make the right decisions for insurance coverage on our new home. When I wanted to insure the house for more than what was necessary she patiently explained why it was not prudent to do so. She also recommended a company to get other coverage that she did not have. I called this morning with a concern and spoke with Denevue Vaz. She was calm and attentive. She offered to research my concern and call me back. She followed through in short time and found the error. She let me know and together we were able to locate the document that was reported as not there. She then made sure that it was noted that the problem was rectified and called me yet again to inform me of such. Very professional. Great follow up. Denevue did a great job and has easily earned a 5-star rating in my estimation.
