Charlene Harper with FBC Insurance is just wonderful to work with. We were needing to obtain homeowners insurance for my elderly parent's home and Charlene made it a very easy process. She is knowledgeable, organized, really professional, gives great advice (guided me every step through a tricky situation) and she is a āproblem-solverā! I know that she spent a lot of time working on my parentās situation and I am so grateful. We definitely were in good hands with Charlene Harper and FBC.

I would like to thank DMYTRO, Dunn for his hard work in canceling my policy after I sold my home so it was the homeowner insurance policy and the Flood Insurance policy that had to be backdated because the people that I spoke with before him were not very thorough in there canceling skills so I want to thank him again for his great job of canceling my policies after the sale of my house. I purchased my first home last year and I have to say that I received stellar customer service from this company. Paula went through every line of my initial policy with me and answered all of my questions. I am up for renewal and reached out to see if I could get a better rate. Rachan was able to get a couple of quotes where the premium was slightly lower. However, I would not have the same coverage as my current policy. I like to save money as much as the next person but it was not worth changing. I am actually glad because I am happy with what I have. Would definitely recommend this company for your home owners policy.
We had a bit of a complicated situation with our flood insurance that required a bit of back and forth with FBC to get it straight. Dmytro was our FBC person that gave us good information in a timely manner and went to bat for us with the underwriter. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Dmytro.
