My mortgage company sold my current policy to a new company. I found out that my home Hazard Insurance had lapsed and not been paid by the new company. I made contact with Patricia Gutierrez from FBC who was amazing and helped me correct the situation within minutes. I am very pleased with the service she provided and grateful that she assisted me.
I would like to thank DMYTRO, Dunn for his hard work in canceling my policy after I sold my home so it was the homeowner insurance policy and the Flood Insurance policy that had to be backdated because the people that I spoke with before him were not very thorough in there canceling skills so I want to thank him again for his great job of canceling my policies after the sale of my house.
