Tara assisted me with getting my homeowner’s insurance policy over to the mortgage company after I was advised they didn't have proof of my coverage. Tara immediately sent over the information and stayed on the phone with me until she received confirmation that the declaration was received. FBC Home Insurance has a seamless process to acquire competitive rate insurance. Top that with wonderful customer support and you have a winning formula. Recently, Michele Brenner helped me with a situation where my lender sold my mortgage to another company and the new company didn't get the information about FBC for escrow payments. The annoyance of delay in payment almost resulted in a cancellation of my FBC policy. Luckily a quick call and chat with Michele and my policy was re-instated with a successful escrow disbursement from my new lender.
Ms. Tara helped me over the phone with the renewal of my homeowner insurance. Later she sends a confirmation email. I highly appreciate her efforts in helping me out.
