She is knowledgeable, organized, really professional, gives great advice (guided me every step through a tricky situation) and she is a “problem-solver”! I recently had to shop for new auto insurance. I reached out to FBC Insurance Services to start the process. The agent, Obson Ibssa, was very helpful and attentive. My insurance would expire on a Monday, but when I contacted him on Friday he was very determined to help me find the best quote available. Paula has always been so helpful and responsive. She answers the phone right away and we are able to talk to her about need or concerns.
