I have worked with Rachan Darity over the last few weeks trying to sort out my car and home insurance with Progressive. I must say she was extremely attentive to my situation, which involved many calls to Progressive to clear up numerous issues. I recently had a problem where I missed signing a form for home insurance and I received a bill after I thought everything was paid for. I called FBC and spoke to Rachan Darity. Even though it was close to 5 pm, she looked at my account and figured out the problem and called me back. She sent me the form to be signed, I signed it, and she took care of getting the bill fixed. She gave such quick service! I am very impressed with her taking care of this matter for me so fast!

I would like to thank DMYTRO, Dunn for his hard work in canceling my policy after I sold my home so it was the homeowner insurance policy and the Flood Insurance policy that had to be backdated because the people that I spoke with before him were not very thorough in there canceling skills so I want to thank him again for his great job of canceling my policies after the sale of my house.
