I purchased my first home last year and I have to say that I received stellar customer service from this company. Paula went through every line of my initial policy with me and answered all of my questions. I am up for renewal and reached out to see if I could get a better rate. Rachan was able to get a couple of quotes where the premium was slightly lower. However, I would not have the same coverage as my current policy. I like to save money as much as the next person but it was not worth changing. I am actually glad because I am happy with what I have. Would definitely recommend this company for your home owners policy.

I recently had a problem where I missed signing a form for home insurance and I received a bill after I thought everything was paid for. I called FBC and spoke to Rachan Darity. Even though it was close to 5 pm, she looked at my account and figured out the problem and called me back. She sent me the form to be signed, I signed it, and she took care of getting the bill fixed. Erick Wicker is my new insurance guy. He reviewed all my policies home and auto and saved me a lot of money. I had not taken the time to review my policies over a few years. I called the office for a separate concern and a week later I made some of the changes Erick suggested and I’m very happy I spoke with Erick.
