I purchased my first home last year and I have to say that I received stellar customer service from this company. Paula went through every line of my initial policy with me and answered all of my questions. I am up for renewal and reached out to see if I could get a better rate. Rachan was able to get a couple of quotes where the premium was slightly lower. However, I would not have the same coverage as my current policy. I like to save money as much as the next person but it was not worth changing. I am actually glad because I am happy with what I have. Would definitely recommend this company for your home owners policy.
A few years ago Michele Brenner was enlisted to help me update and send policies on a mortgage refi. I kept her email and continued to ask questions as they arose or I needed new policies or updates. Michele never skips a beat... she is stellar at resolving anything I've brought her way quickly and with explanations that avoid back and forth communication. If you have a chance to work with her, you won't be disappointed.

Erick Wicker is my new insurance guy. He reviewed all my policies home and auto and saved me a lot of money. I had not taken the time to review my policies over a few years. I called the office for a separate concern and a week later I made some of the changes Erick suggested and I’m very happy I spoke with Erick. Dmytro was an incredible help to me. I was very anxious during the car-buying process and the car-swapping process in regards to insurance. He gave me quotes quickly which helped me work out budget which helped me buy the car etc. etc.

I would like to thank DMYTRO, Dunn for his hard work in canceling my policy after I sold my home so it was the homeowner insurance policy and the Flood Insurance policy that had to be backdated because the people that I spoke with before him were not very thorough in there canceling skills so I want to thank him again for his great job of canceling my policies after the sale of my house.
