A few years ago Michele Brenner was enlisted to help me update and send policies on a mortgage refi. I kept her email and continued to ask questions as they arose or I needed new policies or updates. I must say she was extremely attentive to my situation, which involved many calls to Progressive to clear up numerous issues.
