I had the pleasure of interacting with Tara Schroeder at FBC Home Insurance Services yesterday. While the circumstances were unfortunate, having to report damages to my home from a recent storm, her professionalism and friendly demeanor really made the best out of a bad situation. I have received services from FBC for all of my insurance needs for the past year and have had a great experience with every interaction. I highly recommend FBC because of team members like Tara.
FBC Home Insurance has a seamless process to acquire competitive rate insurance. Top that with wonderful customer support and you have a winning formula. Recently, Michele Brenner helped me with a situation where my lender sold my mortgage to another company and the new company didn't get the information about FBC for escrow payments. The annoyance of delay in payment almost resulted in a cancellation of my FBC policy. Luckily a quick call and chat with Michele and my policy was re-instated with a successful escrow disbursement from my new lender.
Cory in the Orlando office was great! He was able to get us a good price on our home insurance and saved us a lot on our Auto coverage! Can't Thank him enough!
