I recently had a problem where I missed signing a form for home insurance and I received a bill after I thought everything was paid for. I called FBC and spoke to Rachan Darity. Even though it was close to 5 pm, she looked at my account and figured out the problem and called me back. She sent me the form to be signed, I signed it, and she took care of getting the bill fixed. She gave such quick service! I am very impressed with her taking care of this matter for me so fast!

I was shopping around for home insurance. When i remembered that i was previously helped by fbc on insurance when i purchased my home 2 years ago. They made it very easy stress free. They compare numerous agency and found me the best price. I gave them a call and while talking about my current coverage i was assured my current coverage is still the best lowest price around.
