In particular, Julie was very responsive to our inquiries and provided us with everything we needed with viable options and favorable quotes. Even after binding the policy, when most others basically just move onto the next, Julie continued to provide excellent customer service with our other questions and requests. Her prompt responses truly shocked us. In an oversaturated market, more often than not it takes multiple follow ups to achieve any type of resolution. Imagine our surprise when our one email was promptly answered and the question was resolved same day! We definitely recommend this team to assist with insurance needs.

They compare numerous agency and found me the best price. I gave them a call and while talking about my current coverage i was assured my current coverage is still the best lowest price around. A few years ago Michele Brenner was enlisted to help me update and send policies on a mortgage refi. I kept her email and continued to ask questions as they arose or I needed new policies or updates.
