While the circumstances were unfortunate, having to report damages to my home from a recent storm, her professionalism and friendly demeanor really made the best out of a bad situation. I have received services from FBC for all of my insurance needs for the past year and have had a great experience with every interaction. I highly recommend FBC because of team members like Tara.

FBC Insurance’s excellent customer service compelled me to write this review. I contacted FBC to update my last name, and Rachan Darity was extremely patient and helpful in addressing my request. She went above and beyond by sending me a follow-up email with the updated policy. I am truly grateful for her support and would highly recommend FBC Insurance to friends looking for coverage in the area.

Dmytro was an incredible help to me. I was very anxious during the car-buying process and the car-swapping process in regards to insurance. He gave me quotes quickly which helped me work out budget which helped me buy the car etc. etc.
