I purchased my first home last year and I have to say that I received stellar customer service from this company. Paula went through every line of my initial policy with me and answered all of my questions. I am up for renewal and reached out to see if I could get a better rate. Rachan was able to get a couple of quotes where the premium was slightly lower. However, I would not have the same coverage as my current policy. I like to save money as much as the next person but it was not worth changing. I am actually glad because I am happy with what I have. Would definitely recommend this company for your home owners policy.

I was shopping around for home insurance. When i remembered that i was previously helped by fbc on insurance when i purchased my home 2 years ago. They made it very easy stress free. They compare numerous agency and found me the best price. I gave them a call and while talking about my current coverage i was assured my current coverage is still the best lowest price around. I had a problem with my insurance through my mortgage saying I didn’t have coverage for 6 days, even though I never had a lapse. Denevue and her company respond very quickly to my email and are actively trying to fix the problem.
We had a bit of a complicated situation with our flood insurance that required a bit of back and forth with FBC to get it straight. Dmytro was our FBC person that gave us good information in a timely manner and went to bat for us with the underwriter. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Dmytro.
