I recently had to shop for new auto insurance. I reached out to FBC Insurance Services to start the process. The agent, Obson Ibssa, was very helpful and attentive. My insurance would expire on a Monday, but when I contacted him on Friday he was very determined to help me find the best quote available. It was a pleasure working with Obson, even on a late Friday and during the weekend to complete the whole process. Thanks to him, I got a great deal.
Jeff provided outstanding customer service. He was courteous in answering questions, prompt in his responses to emails and phone calls, and followed through on commitments and follow ups. This level of service was provided over the period of 1-1/2 years even though there was no formal commitment from me at the onset, or even over a year into the construction process. I purchased my first home last year and I have to say that I received stellar customer service from this company. Paula went through every line of my initial policy with me and answered all of my questions. I am up for renewal and reached out to see if I could get a better rate. Rachan was able to get a couple of quotes where the premium was slightly lower. However, I would not have the same coverage as my current policy. I like to save money as much as the next person but it was not worth changing. I am actually glad because I am happy with what I have. Would definitely recommend this company for your home owners policy.

Going through your first home purchase is stressful. FBC insurance are amazing. Julie Honohan took care of my insurance. She did everything electronically because I'm hours away. I definitely recommend it and would ask for Julie personally. She's polite and professional.
I recently had a problem where I missed signing a form for home insurance and I received a bill after I thought everything was paid for. I called FBC and spoke to Rachan Darity. Even though it was close to 5 pm, she looked at my account and figured out the problem and called me back. She sent me the form to be signed, I signed it, and she took care of getting the bill fixed. She gave such quick service! I am very impressed with her taking care of this matter for me so fast!
