I have worked with Rachan Darity over the last few weeks trying to sort out my car and home insurance with Progressive. I must say she was extremely attentive to my situation, which involved many calls to Progressive to clear up numerous issues. Rachan stayed late on the day before Thanksgiving trying to resolve my problems. She has called me every step of the way to keep me informed of her progress. Her commitment to resolving my issues was impressive. She did this with attention to detail and a pleasant interaction each time we spoke. Rachan understands the art of providing customer service. I am so pleased that I will be working with Rachan going forward. I have been very happy with FBC and will not consider working with any other company!

My wife and I purchased a new build and are moving to Florida, and Vanita and FBC removed so much stress by finding extremely affordable insurance options for us. Paula has always been so helpful and responsive. She answers the phone right away and we are able to talk to her about need or concerns. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience dealing with her. My sister also used them and her house was in the path of a hurricane, everything was replaced that needed to be. She was so grateful that it was like that, because there are so many sad stories about insurance companies not coming through when it is really needed.

A few years ago Michele Brenner was enlisted to help me update and send policies on a mortgage refi. I kept her email and continued to ask questions as they arose or I needed new policies or updates.
