I recently had to shop for new auto insurance. I reached out to FBC Insurance Services to start the process. The agent, Obson Ibssa, was very helpful and attentive. My insurance would expire on a Monday, but when I contacted him on Friday he was very determined to help me find the best quote available. I received a second text from my mortgage company on Dec. 5th. They have not received proof of hazard insurance document page. I left a message with Michele in early October, asked her to take care of it please. Well I called yesterday and Tara answered the phone and updated me on everything and said she would take care of it. Tara sent me confirmation of everything with an email. She was so efficient, and pleasant. Thank you Tara Schroeder, your confidence in yourself gave me confidence in you.
A few years ago Michele Brenner was enlisted to help me update and send policies on a mortgage refi. I kept her email and continued to ask questions as they arose or I needed new policies or updates. Michele never skips a beat... she is stellar at resolving anything I've brought her way quickly and with explanations that avoid back and forth communication.
