I have worked with Rachan Darity over the last few weeks trying to sort out my car and home insurance with Progressive. I must say she was extremely attentive to my situation, which involved many calls to Progressive to clear up numerous issues. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience dealing with her. My sister also used them and her house was in the path of a hurricane, everything was replaced that needed to be. She was so grateful that it was like that, because there are so many sad stories about insurance companies not coming through when it is really needed.
