I would like to give a big Kudo to Charlene Harper who assisted me with a problem with my home insurance policy. She worked diligently with me and others within FBC to ensure my mortgage insurance policy would not lapse. She kept me informed every step of the way. I purchased my first home last year and I have to say that I received stellar customer service from this company. Paula went through every line of my initial policy with me and answered all of my questions. I am up for renewal and reached out to see if I could get a better rate. Rachan was able to get a couple of quotes where the premium was slightly lower. However, I would not have the same coverage as my current policy. I like to save money as much as the next person but it was not worth changing. I am actually glad because I am happy with what I have. Would definitely recommend this company for your home owners policy.

I was shopping around for home insurance. When i remembered that i was previously helped by fbc on insurance when i purchased my home 2 years ago. They made it very easy stress free. They compare numerous agency and found me the best price. I gave them a call and while talking about my current coverage i was assured my current coverage is still the best lowest price around. I was helped by Michele Brenner very polite and helpful she got back to me fast through email which was great. Thanks again FBC on your great customer service.

Tara assisted me with getting my homeowner’s insurance policy over to the mortgage company after I was advised they didn't have proof of my coverage. Tara immediately sent over the information and stayed on the phone with me until she received confirmation that the declaration was received. Tara was very patient and professional and provided excellent customer service!
