My home insurance was set to go up a significant amount this year. I contacted FBC to see what I could do. Dustin Groetsch was great. He was quick and responsive, and provided me a few options to adjust my quote; saving me a few hundred dollars. I would recommend FBC if you are looking around for home insurance!
Erick Wicker is my new insurance guy. He reviewed all my policies home and auto and saved me a lot of money. I had not taken the time to review my policies over a few years. I called the office for a separate concern and a week later I made some of the changes Erick suggested and I’m very happy I spoke with Erick. Tara assisted me with getting my homeowner’s insurance policy over to the mortgage company after I was advised they didn't have proof of my coverage. Tara immediately sent over the information and stayed on the phone with me until she received confirmation that the declaration was received. Tara was very patient and professional and provided excellent customer service!
