However, after Bryan reached out to me, and patiently awaited my response, I could not have wished for a more professional and helpful person to meet my insurance needs! I have worked with Rachan Darity over the last few weeks trying to sort out my car and home insurance with Progressive. I must say she was extremely attentive to my situation, which involved many calls to Progressive to clear up numerous issues. Rachan stayed late on the day before Thanksgiving trying to resolve my problems. She has called me every step of the way to keep me informed of her progress. Her commitment to resolving my issues was impressive. She did this with attention to detail and a pleasant interaction each time we spoke. Rachan understands the art of providing customer service. She was patient when our builder had delays in getting our new home started but was ready to help us select a home owner's insurance policy when it came time to close. Tara immediately sent over the information and stayed on the phone with me until she received confirmation that the declaration was received.
