I recently had a problem where I missed signing a form for home insurance and I received a bill after I thought everything was paid for. I called FBC and spoke to Rachan Darity. Even though it was close to 5 pm, she looked at my account and figured out the problem and called me back. She sent me the form to be signed, I signed it, and she took care of getting the bill fixed. She gave such quick service! I am very impressed with her taking care of this matter for me so fast!
An amazing experience. The worse time to be looking for home owners insurance - the quotes we received were horrifying. Then we spoke to FBC Insurance and immediately we had a quote for great coverage at an affordable rate. The process was so easy!! They were so easy to work with.

Jeff provided outstanding customer service. He was courteous in answering questions, prompt in his responses to emails and phone calls, and followed through on commitments and follow ups. This level of service was provided over the period of 1-1/2 years even though there was no formal commitment from me at the onset, or even over a year into the construction process. His service and commitment was/is excellent and very much appreciated.
