I received a second text from my mortgage company on Dec. 5th. They have not received proof of hazard insurance document page. I left a message with Michele in early October, asked her to take care of it please. Well I called yesterday and Tara answered the phone and updated me on everything and said she would take care of it. Tara sent me confirmation of everything with an email. I recently had a problem where I missed signing a form for home insurance and I received a bill after I thought everything was paid for. I called FBC and spoke to Rachan Darity. Even though it was close to 5 pm, she looked at my account and figured out the problem and called me back. She sent me the form to be signed, I signed it, and she took care of getting the bill fixed. She gave such quick service! I am very impressed with her taking care of this matter for me so fast!
