I must say she was extremely attentive to my situation, which involved many calls to Progressive to clear up numerous issues. great experience, all questions answered - easy to choose

I received a second text from my mortgage company on Dec. 5th. They have not received proof of hazard insurance document page. I left a message with Michele in early October, asked her to take care of it please. Well I called yesterday and Tara answered the phone and updated me on everything and said she would take care of it. Tara sent me confirmation of everything with an email.
