I had a problem with my insurance through my mortgage saying I didn’t have coverage for 6 days, even though I never had a lapse. Denevue and her company respond very quickly to my email and are actively trying to fix the problem.
I was shopping around for home insurance. When i remembered that i was previously helped by fbc on insurance when i purchased my home 2 years ago. They made it very easy stress free. They compare numerous agency and found me the best price. I gave them a call and while talking about my current coverage i was assured my current coverage is still the best lowest price around. I was helped by Michele Brenner very polite and helpful she got back to me fast through email which was great. Thanks again FBC on your great customer service.

Tara assisted me with getting my homeowner’s insurance policy over to the mortgage company after I was advised they didn't have proof of my coverage. Tara immediately sent over the information and stayed on the phone with me until she received confirmation that the declaration was received.
