I had bought a new car and needed to update my auto policy. My normal agent was on vacation, so I called their main line and spoke to Tara Schroeder. Tara was super friendly and pleasant to speak with. She helped me update my policy and all took less than 10 minutes! Great service! 🙂
Dustin Groetsch was helpful with my auto policy renewal. He returned my call on a Friday afternoon near closing time and made me feel as if I was calling early on Monday. He answered all of my questions thoroughly taking his time and not acting as if I was bothering him. Dustin was great!!!

I purchased my first home last year and I have to say that I received stellar customer service from this company. Paula went through every line of my initial policy with me and answered all of my questions. I am up for renewal and reached out to see if I could get a better rate. Rachan was able to get a couple of quotes where the premium was slightly lower. However, I would not have the same coverage as my current policy. I like to save money as much as the next person but it was not worth changing. I am actually glad because I am happy with what I have. Would definitely recommend this company for your home owners policy.
