I would like to thank DMYTRO, Dunn for his hard work in canceling my policy after I sold my home so it was the homeowner insurance policy and the Flood Insurance policy that had to be backdated because the people that I spoke with before him were not very thorough in there canceling skills so I want to thank him again for his great job of canceling my policies after the sale of my house. Jeff provided outstanding customer service. He was courteous in answering questions, prompt in his responses to emails and phone calls, and followed through on commitments and follow ups. This level of service was provided over the period of 1-1/2 years even though there was no formal commitment from me at the onset, or even over a year into the construction process.
