FBC Home Insurance has a seamless process to acquire competitive rate insurance. Top that with wonderful customer support and you have a winning formula. Recently, Michele Brenner helped me with a situation where my lender sold my mortgage to another company and the new company didn't get the information about FBC for escrow payments. The annoyance of delay in payment almost resulted in a cancellation of my FBC policy. Luckily a quick call and chat with Michele and my policy was re-instated with a successful escrow disbursement from my new lender.
After speaking to multiple people about an issue with my policy I nearly gave up until I spoke to Tara Schroeder. She made everything easy and fast. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. She's great at what she does!
