Recently, Michele Brenner helped me with a situation where my lender sold my mortgage to another company and the new company didn't get the information about FBC for escrow payments. The annoyance of delay in payment almost resulted in a cancellation of my FBC policy. Luckily a quick call and chat with Michele and my policy was re-instated with a successful escrow disbursement from my new lender.
