I received a second text from my mortgage company on Dec. 5th. They have not received proof of hazard insurance document page. I left a message with Michele in early October, asked her to take care of it please. Well I called yesterday and Tara answered the phone and updated me on everything and said she would take care of it. Tara sent me confirmation of everything with an email. I called this morning with a concern and spoke with Denevue Vaz. She was calm and attentive. She offered to research my concern and call me back. She followed through in short time and found the error. She let me know and together we were able to locate the document that was reported as not there. She then made sure that it was noted that the problem was rectified and called me yet again to inform me of such. Very professional. Great follow up. Denevue did a great job and has easily earned a 5-star rating in my estimation.
