Jeff provided outstanding customer service. He was courteous in answering questions, prompt in his responses to emails and phone calls, and followed through on commitments and follow ups. This level of service was provided over the period of 1-1/2 years even though there was no formal commitment from me at the onset, or even over a year into the construction process. His service and commitment was/is excellent and very much appreciated.

A few years ago Michele Brenner was enlisted to help me update and send policies on a mortgage refi. I kept her email and continued to ask questions as they arose or I needed new policies or updates. Michele never skips a beat... she is stellar at resolving anything I've brought her way quickly and with explanations that avoid back and forth communication. I recently had to shop for new auto insurance. I reached out to FBC Insurance Services to start the process. The agent, Obson Ibssa, was very helpful and attentive. My insurance would expire on a Monday, but when I contacted him on Friday he was very determined to help me find the best quote available. It was a pleasure working with Obson, even on a late Friday and during the weekend to complete the whole process. Thanks to him, I got a great deal.

I was shopping around for home insurance. When i remembered that i was previously helped by fbc on insurance when i purchased my home 2 years ago. They made it very easy stress free. They compare numerous agency and found me the best price. I gave them a call and while talking about my current coverage i was assured my current coverage is still the best lowest price around.
