A few years ago Michele Brenner was enlisted to help me update and send policies on a mortgage refi. I kept her email and continued to ask questions as they arose or I needed new policies or updates. Michele never skips a beat... she is stellar at resolving anything I've brought her way quickly and with explanations that avoid back and forth communication. Vanita at FBC Insurance is incredible, and so extremely helpful! My wife and I purchased a new build and are moving to Florida, and Vanita and FBC removed so much stress by finding extremely affordable insurance options for us. Vanita was always responsive, day or night, and was key to us finding the right insurance. I could not recommend her and FBC insurance enough! They are professional, kind, and always on top of it

I purchased my first home last year and I have to say that I received stellar customer service from this company. Paula went through every line of my initial policy with me and answered all of my questions. I am up for renewal and reached out to see if I could get a better rate. Rachan was able to get a couple of quotes where the premium was slightly lower. However, I would not have the same coverage as my current policy. I like to save money as much as the next person but it was not worth changing. I am actually glad because I am happy with what I have. Would definitely recommend this company for your home owners policy.

FBC Home Insurance has a seamless process to acquire competitive rate insurance. Top that with wonderful customer support and you have a winning formula. Recently, Michele Brenner helped me with a situation where my lender sold my mortgage to another company and the new company didn't get the information about FBC for escrow payments. The annoyance of delay in payment almost resulted in a cancellation of my FBC policy. Luckily a quick call and chat with Michele and my policy was re-instated with a successful escrow disbursement from my new lender.

Tara assisted me with getting my homeowner’s insurance policy over to the mortgage company after I was advised they didn't have proof of my coverage. Tara immediately sent over the information and stayed on the phone with me until she received confirmation that the declaration was received. Tara was very patient and professional and provided excellent customer service!
