A few years ago Michele Brenner was enlisted to help me update and send policies on a mortgage refi. I kept her email and continued to ask questions as they arose or I needed new policies or updates. Michele never skips a beat... she is stellar at resolving anything I've brought her way quickly and with explanations that avoid back and forth communication. Tara assisted me with getting my homeowner’s insurance policy over to the mortgage company after I was advised they didn't have proof of my coverage.
