Julie‘s communication skills are excellent and she communicated with us frequently, supplying us with quotes and then helping us to whittle down to exactly what we were looking for in our price range. I purchased my first home last year and I have to say that I received stellar customer service from this company. Paula went through every line of my initial policy with me and answered all of my questions. I am up for renewal and reached out to see if I could get a better rate. Rachan was able to get a couple of quotes where the premium was slightly lower. However, I would not have the same coverage as my current policy. I like to save money as much as the next person but it was not worth changing. I am actually glad because I am happy with what I have. Would definitely recommend this company for your home owners policy.
