Julie Honohan is the absolutely agent I have dealt with and does what needs to be done to satisfy lenders, problem solve, etc. Most importantly (and I'm a shopper), they consistently give me the best pricing. 🙂

I called this morning with a concern and spoke with Denevue Vaz. She was calm and attentive. She offered to research my concern and call me back. She followed through in short time and found the error. She let me know and together we were able to locate the document that was reported as not there. She then made sure that it was noted that the problem was rectified and called me yet again to inform me of such. Very professional. Great follow up. Denevue did a great job and has easily earned a 5-star rating in my estimation.
