Had someone offer a lower quote but when Trina pointed out that it didn't cover potential risk, it opened my eyes to understanding cheap quotes have a lot of risk, you would need a trusted professional to break down the value. Tara assisted me with getting my homeowner’s insurance policy over to the mortgage company after I was advised they didn't have proof of my coverage.
