I recently had a problem where I missed signing a form for home insurance and I received a bill after I thought everything was paid for. I called FBC and spoke to Rachan Darity. Even though it was close to 5 pm, she looked at my account and figured out the problem and called me back. She sent me the form to be signed, I signed it, and she took care of getting the bill fixed. She gave such quick service! I am very impressed with her taking care of this matter for me so fast!
I have worked with Rachan Darity over the last few weeks trying to sort out my car and home insurance with Progressive. I must say she was extremely attentive to my situation, which involved many calls to Progressive to clear up numerous issues. Rachan stayed late on the day before Thanksgiving trying to resolve my problems. She has called me every step of the way to keep me informed of her progress. Her commitment to resolving my issues was impressive. She did this with attention to detail and a pleasant interaction each time we spoke. Rachan understands the art of providing customer service. I am so pleased that I will be working with Rachan going forward. I have been very happy with FBC and will not consider working with any other company!

They compare numerous agency and found me the best price. I gave them a call and while talking about my current coverage i was assured my current coverage is still the best lowest price around. A few years ago Michele Brenner was enlisted to help me update and send policies on a mortgage refi. I kept her email and continued to ask questions as they arose or I needed new policies or updates.
