A few years ago Michele Brenner was enlisted to help me update and send policies on a mortgage refi. I kept her email and continued to ask questions as they arose or I needed new policies or updates. Michele never skips a beat... she is stellar at resolving anything I've brought her way quickly and with explanations that avoid back and forth communication. I recently had a problem where I missed signing a form for home insurance and I received a bill after I thought everything was paid for. I called FBC and spoke to Rachan Darity. Even though it was close to 5 pm, she looked at my account and figured out the problem and called me back. She sent me the form to be signed, I signed it, and she took care of getting the bill fixed. She gave such quick service! I am very impressed with her taking care of this matter for me so fast!
