She went above and beyond by sending me a follow-up email with the updated policy. I am truly grateful for her support and would highly recommend FBC Insurance to friends looking for coverage in the area.
I wanted to give a great review as Dustin really just helped me out. Coming close on my renters insurance renewal, he made the process so smooth and easy. Jeff provided outstanding customer service. He was courteous in answering questions, prompt in his responses to emails and phone calls, and followed through on commitments and follow ups. This level of service was provided over the period of 1-1/2 years even though there was no formal commitment from me at the onset, or even over a year into the construction process. His service and commitment was/is excellent and very much appreciated.
