I received a second text from my mortgage company on Dec. 5th. They have not received proof of hazard insurance document page. I left a message with Michele in early October, asked her to take care of it please. Had a great experience with Luke Nelson at FBC Insurance. Wow! I was really overpaying with my previous carrier. Luke compared rates with several carriers and got me the most coverage with least amount of cost. Saving me big money each month or our cars and home. I recently had a problem where I missed signing a form for home insurance and I received a bill after I thought everything was paid for. I called FBC and spoke to Rachan Darity. Even though it was close to 5 pm, she looked at my account and figured out the problem and called me back. She sent me the form to be signed, I signed it, and she took care of getting the bill fixed. She gave such quick service! I am very impressed with her taking care of this matter for me so fast!

Charlene Harper with FBC Insurance is just wonderful to work with. We were needing to obtain homeowners insurance for my elderly parent's home and Charlene made it a very easy process. She is knowledgeable, organized, really professional, gives great advice (guided me every step through a tricky situation) and she is a “problem-solver”! I know that she spent a lot of time working on my parent’s situation and I am so grateful. We definitely were in good hands with Charlene Harper and FBC.

I was shopping around for home insurance. When i remembered that i was previously helped by fbc on insurance when i purchased my home 2 years ago. They made it very easy stress free. They compare numerous agency and found me the best price. I gave them a call and while talking about my current coverage i was assured my current coverage is still the best lowest price around. I was helped by Michele Brenner very polite and helpful she got back to me fast through email which was great. Thanks again FBC on your great customer service.
