We had a bit of a complicated situation with our flood insurance that required a bit of back and forth with FBC to get it straight. This level of service was provided over the period of 1-1/2 years even though there was no formal commitment from me at the onset, or even over a year into the construction process. His service and commitment was/is excellent and very much appreciated.
