Beth helped me get my home and auto insurance. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Especially since I am moving from out of state into SC. FBC was very easy to work with.
Tara assisted me with getting my homeowner’s insurance policy over to the mortgage company after I was advised they didn't have proof of my coverage. Tara immediately sent over the information and stayed on the phone with me until she received confirmation that the declaration was received. Tara was very patient and professional and provided excellent customer service!

Jeff provided outstanding customer service. He was courteous in answering questions, prompt in his responses to emails and phone calls, and followed through on commitments and follow ups. This level of service was provided over the period of 1-1/2 years even though there was no formal commitment from me at the onset, or even over a year into the construction process.
