FBC Home Insurance has a seamless process to acquire competitive rate insurance. Top that with wonderful customer support and you have a winning formula. Recently, Michele Brenner helped me with a situation where my lender sold my mortgage to another company and the new company didn't get the information about FBC for escrow payments. The annoyance of delay in payment almost resulted in a cancellation of my FBC policy. Luckily a quick call and chat with Michele and my policy was re-instated with a successful escrow disbursement from my new lender.
The team is absolutely phenomenal. Incredibly quick, worked around our timeline, made some magic happen in an unusual circumstance, and they have literally everything and everyone you would need to close and repair your new house. 10/10 would recommend.
Gephry was the hero in this story. After having a horrible experience with a competitor, I called up Gephry and he was beyond professional, knowledgeable and got us a policy without any issue at all.
