We have had very positive experiences with this team of professionals. In particular, Julie was very responsive to our inquiries and provided us with everything we needed with viable options and favorable quotes. Even after binding the policy, when most others basically just move onto the next, Julie continued to provide excellent customer service with our other questions and requests. Her prompt responses truly shocked us. In an oversaturated market, more often than not it takes multiple follow ups to achieve any type of resolution. Paula has always been so helpful and responsive. She answers the phone right away and we are able to talk to her about need or concerns. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience dealing with her. My sister also used them and her house was in the path of a hurricane, everything was replaced that needed to be. She was so grateful that it was like that, because there are so many sad stories about insurance companies not coming through when it is really needed.
