Professional and on top of stuff
I purchased my first home last year and I have to say that I received stellar customer service from this company. Paula went through every line of my initial policy with me and answered all of my questions. I am up for renewal and reached out to see if I could get a better rate. Rachan was able to get a couple of quotes where the premium was slightly lower. However, I would not have the same coverage as my current policy. I like to save money as much as the next person but it was not worth changing. I am actually glad because I am happy with what I have. Would definitely recommend this company for your home owners policy.
I wanted to give a great review as Dustin really just helped me out. Coming close on my renters insurance renewal, he made the process so smooth and easy. He followed up via phone and email to make sure all was settled. I could tell he genuinely cared that I felt everything was taken care of! Absolutely recommend working with Dustin!

I would like to give a big Kudo to Charlene Harper who assisted me with a problem with my home insurance policy. She worked diligently with me and others within FBC to ensure my mortgage insurance policy would not lapse. She kept me informed every step of the way. She was also very friendly and easy to understand throughout the process. Ms. Harper is definitely an asset to your company.
Paula has always been so helpful and responsive. She answers the phone right away and we are able to talk to her about need or concerns. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience dealing with her. My sister also used them and her house was in the path of a hurricane, everything was replaced that needed to be. She was so grateful that it was like that, because there are so many sad stories about insurance companies not coming through when it is really needed.
