We have had very positive experiences with this team of professionals. In particular, Julie was very responsive to our inquiries and provided us with everything we needed with viable options and favorable quotes. Even after binding the policy, when most others basically just move onto the next, Julie continued to provide excellent customer service with our other questions and requests. Her prompt responses truly shocked us. In an oversaturated market, more often than not it takes multiple follow ups to achieve any type of resolution.
