Trina's professionalism, attention to detail, and how she truly cares for looking out for best interest of the insured. Had someone offer a lower quote but when Trina pointed out that it didn't cover potential risk, it opened my eyes to understanding cheap quotes have a lot of risk, you would need a trusted professional to break down the value. Charlene Harper with FBC Insurance is just wonderful to work with. We were needing to obtain homeowners insurance for my elderly parent's home and Charlene made it a very easy process. She is knowledgeable, organized, really professional, gives great advice (guided me every step through a tricky situation) and she is a “problem-solver”! I was shopping around for home insurance. When i remembered that i was previously helped by fbc on insurance when i purchased my home 2 years ago. They made it very easy stress free. They compare numerous agency and found me the best price. I gave them a call and while talking about my current coverage i was assured my current coverage is still the best lowest price around. I was helped by Michele Brenner very polite and helpful she got back to me fast through email which was great. Thanks again FBC on your great customer service.
