A few years ago Michele Brenner was enlisted to help me update and send policies on a mortgage refi. I kept her email and continued to ask questions as they arose or I needed new policies or updates. Michele never skips a beat... she is stellar at resolving anything I've brought her way quickly and with explanations that avoid back and forth communication. If you have a chance to work with her, you won't be disappointed.
My home insurance was set to go up a significant amount this year. I contacted FBC to see what I could do. Dustin Groetsch was great. He was quick and responsive, and provided me a few options to adjust my quote; saving me a few hundred dollars. I would recommend FBC if you are looking around for home insurance!

I had a problem with my insurance through my mortgage saying I didn’t have coverage for 6 days, even though I never had a lapse. Denevue and her company respond very quickly to my email and are actively trying to fix the problem.
Denevue made the process really smooth which I appreciate. Straight to it, got my policy renewed, and the confirmation sent over. She didn't fumble over the phone, she just did what she needed to do and was pleasant while doing it. Great service. You go girl. Thank you.
I called this morning with a concern and spoke with Denevue Vaz. She was calm and attentive. She offered to research my concern and call me back. She followed through in short time and found the error. She let me know and together we were able to locate the document that was reported as not there. She then made sure that it was noted that the problem was rectified and called me yet again to inform me of such. Very professional. Great follow up. Denevue did a great job and has easily earned a 5-star rating in my estimation.
Love working with FBC and especially Oriana! As busy as we are the FBC team finds a way to patiently and persistently get the information they need to keep us on track. I'm sure working with us feels like they are herding cats at times, but they are always polite and helpful. I highly recommend!

Paula has always been so helpful and responsive. She answers the phone right away and we are able to talk to her about need or concerns. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience dealing with her. My sister also used them and her house was in the path of a hurricane, everything was replaced that needed to be. She was so grateful that it was like that, because there are so many sad stories about insurance companies not coming through when it is really needed.
