I recently had a problem where I missed signing a form for home insurance and I received a bill after I thought everything was paid for. I called FBC and spoke to Rachan Darity. Even though it was close to 5 pm, she looked at my account and figured out the problem and called me back. She sent me the form to be signed, I signed it, and she took care of getting the bill fixed. She gave such quick service! I am very impressed with her taking care of this matter for me so fast!
Julie took such great care of us with our insurance needs for our new home! Julie‘s communication skills are excellent and she communicated with us frequently, supplying us with quotes and then helping us to whittle down to exactly what we were looking for in our price range. I give my highest recommendation to Julie and felt confident through the entire process that she was truly trying to find what was best for my husband and I! Had someone offer a lower quote but when Trina pointed out that it didn't cover potential risk, it opened my eyes to understanding cheap quotes have a lot of risk, you would need a trusted professional to break down the value.
