I have worked with Rachan Darity over the last few weeks trying to sort out my car and home insurance with Progressive. I must say she was extremely attentive to my situation, which involved many calls to Progressive to clear up numerous issues. Rachan stayed late on the day before Thanksgiving trying to resolve my problems. She has called me every step of the way to keep me informed of her progress. Her commitment to resolving my issues was impressive. She did this with attention to detail and a pleasant interaction each time we spoke. Rachan understands the art of providing customer service. I am so pleased that I will be working with Rachan going forward. I have been very happy with FBC and will not consider working with any other company!
Vanita at FBC Insurance is incredible, and so extremely helpful! My wife and I purchased a new build and are moving to Florida, and Vanita and FBC removed so much stress by finding extremely affordable insurance options for us. Vanita was always responsive, day or night, and was key to us finding the right insurance. I could not recommend her and FBC insurance enough! They are professional, kind, and always on top of it

Jeff provided outstanding customer service. He was courteous in answering questions, prompt in his responses to emails and phone calls, and followed through on commitments and follow ups. This level of service was provided over the period of 1-1/2 years even though there was no formal commitment from me at the onset, or even over a year into the construction process. His service and commitment was/is excellent and very much appreciated.

Erick Wicker is my new insurance guy. He reviewed all my policies home and auto and saved me a lot of money. I had not taken the time to review my policies over a few years. I called the office for a separate concern and a week later I made some of the changes Erick suggested and I’m very happy I spoke with Erick.
