I was shopping around for home insurance. When i remembered that i was previously helped by fbc on insurance when i purchased my home 2 years ago. They made it very easy stress free. They compare numerous agency and found me the best price. I gave them a call and while talking about my current coverage i was assured my current coverage is still the best lowest price around. FBC Home Insurance has a seamless process to acquire competitive rate insurance. Top that with wonderful customer support and you have a winning formula. Recently, Michele Brenner helped me with a situation where my lender sold my mortgage to another company and the new company didn't get the information about FBC for escrow payments. The annoyance of delay in payment almost resulted in a cancellation of my FBC policy. Luckily a quick call and chat with Michele and my policy was re-instated with a successful escrow disbursement from my new lender.

Gustavo Flores has been extremely helpful with keeping my flood insurance current. I wasn’t aware it had expired, and thanks to his quick response to my billing inquiry he could pay it for me within the company’s grace period.

Even after binding the policy, when most others basically just move onto the next, Julie continued to provide excellent customer service with our other questions and requests. Her prompt responses truly shocked us. In an oversaturated market, more often than not it takes multiple follow ups to achieve any type of resolution. Erick Wicker is my new insurance guy. He reviewed all my policies home and auto and saved me a lot of money. I had not taken the time to review my policies over a few years. I called the office for a separate concern and a week later I made some of the changes Erick suggested and I’m very happy I spoke with Erick.
