Had someone offer a lower quote but when Trina pointed out that it didn't cover potential risk, it opened my eyes to understanding cheap quotes have a lot of risk, you would need a trusted professional to break down the value. FBC Home Insurance has a seamless process to acquire competitive rate insurance. Top that with wonderful customer support and you have a winning formula. Recently, Michele Brenner helped me with a situation where my lender sold my mortgage to another company and the new company didn't get the information about FBC for escrow payments. The annoyance of delay in payment almost resulted in a cancellation of my FBC policy. Luckily a quick call and chat with Michele and my policy was re-instated with a successful escrow disbursement from my new lender.
