Tara assisted me with getting my homeowner’s insurance policy over to the mortgage company after I was advised they didn't have proof of my coverage. Tara immediately sent over the information and stayed on the phone with me until she received confirmation that the declaration was received. Tara was very patient and professional and provided excellent customer service!

Had someone offer a lower quote but when Trina pointed out that it didn't cover potential risk, it opened my eyes to understanding cheap quotes have a lot of risk, you would need a trusted professional to break down the value. My home insurance was set to go up a significant amount this year. I contacted FBC to see what I could do. Dustin Groetsch was great. He was quick and responsive, and provided me a few options to adjust my quote; saving me a few hundred dollars. I would recommend FBC if you are looking around for home insurance!
