FBC Insurance’s excellent customer service compelled me to write this review. I contacted FBC to update my last name, and Rachan Darity was extremely patient and helpful in addressing my request. She went above and beyond by sending me a follow-up email with the updated policy. I am truly grateful for her support and would highly recommend FBC Insurance to friends looking for coverage in the area.

I have worked with Rachan Darity over the last few weeks trying to sort out my car and home insurance with Progressive. I must say she was extremely attentive to my situation, which involved many calls to Progressive to clear up numerous issues. Rachan stayed late on the day before Thanksgiving trying to resolve my problems. She has called me every step of the way to keep me informed of her progress. Her commitment to resolving my issues was impressive. She did this with attention to detail and a pleasant interaction each time we spoke. Rachan understands the art of providing customer service. I am so pleased that I will be working with Rachan going forward. I have been very happy with FBC and will not consider working with any other company!

I would like to thank DMYTRO, Dunn for his hard work in canceling my policy after I sold my home so it was the homeowner insurance policy and the Flood Insurance policy that had to be backdated because the people that I spoke with before him were not very thorough in there canceling skills so I want to thank him again for his great job of canceling my policies after the sale of my house. Also wanna thank FBC for very affordable and reasonable rates of insurance in the state of Florida, which is a rough place to buy insurance. So once again, thanks FBC and thanks to DMYTRO DUNN.
